Classic Green Smoothie image

Use other mild greens such as chard, romaine, kale, butter lettuce or red leaf lettuce. Frozen greens work, too, use 1/2 cup.

1 cup water
1 cup ice cube
1/4 cup potato starch
1/2 teaspoon stevia
1/2 banana, frozen
2 scoops pea protein powder
3 cups fresh spinach
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend 3-5 minutes, until smooth.
