Citrus-Pasta Salad image

Orange adds a citrusy spark to a pasta salad showcasing broccoli and radishes.

1 box (9 oz) frozen cut broccoli
1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1 tablespoon orange juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup cooked medium pasta shells
2 large radishes, sliced
1 medium orange, peeled, sectioned and seeded

Steps:

  • Cook and drain broccoli as directed on package. Rinse with cold water to cool; drain.
  • In medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, orange peel, orange juice and salt. Stir in pasta, radishes, orange sections and broccoli.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour until chilled.
