A delicious scone recipe that can be easily made with on hand ingredients.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 F & grease a baking sheet.
- 2. Combine, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- 3. Cut in butter until mixture forms coarse crumbs. Add cereal and mix well.
- 4. Combine two eggs, buttermilk and raisins in separate bowl. Add to cereal mixture and stir until dough clings together.
- 5. Knead on a floured surface 5 to 6 strokes.
- 6. Divide dough in half. Roll or pat each half into a 6 inch circle that is 3/4 inch thick. Cut each circle into wedges and place on baking sheet. Brush with egg and water mixture.
- 7. Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until golden brown.
