CINDY LOW'S CRAB & ARTCHOKE DIP image

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 cans crab meat (or 1 large can)
1 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 large can Artichoke Hearts; chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
Half of a chopped onion
Salt to taste - optional

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together in a glass casserole type dish. Save some of the Parmesan Cheese for the topping. Be sure to break up the crabmeat so it isn't all clumped together. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan Cheese before baking. Heat in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. If using a shallow dish or several small dishes, heat for less time (about 20 minutes)
