CILANTRO CREAM image

Number Of Ingredients 3

1/2 large bunch fresh cilantro, stems trimmed (about 1 cup)
1/2 cup creme fraiche or sour cream
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Steps:

  • Puree fresh cilantro, creme fraiche, and lemon juice in blender until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and keep refrigerated.)
