Steps:

• Pre-heat oven to 400. Cream the butter and sugar together. Add the egg yolks and extract. When the mixture is smooth, work in the flour. Roll the dough into a tube that will fit in your cookie press. Press onto ungreased cookie sheets. Brush with egg white and top with sprinkles. Add star to tops of trees. Bake 7 minutes. NOTE: Do not chill dough. Bake cookies promptly after mixing. The excess green sugar on the sheet will melt and cause the cookies to stick to the sheet. Remove as much of the sugar as you can before baking. Loosen the cookies from the sheet immediately upon taking them from the oven.
