CHOPPED BROCCOLI AND SPINACH CASSEROLE image

1 pkg frozen broccoli chopped
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach
1/4 lb butter
1 onion chopped
1/2 cup cornflake crumbs
2 eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Steps:

  • Cook broccoli and spinach as directed. Place vegetables in casserole dish.Saute onion and add crumbs. Beat eggs and add to vegetables. Add soup to vegetable mixture. Top with crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350F for one hour.
