Number Of Ingredients 9

1 box chocolate cake
2 box instant chocolate pudding (small boxes)
1 can(s) pineapple, crushed ( large can)
1 jar(s) maraschino cherries( cut in half)
2 c sliced strawberries(can use fresh or frozen
1 c strong coffee ( cold)
1 c heavy cream
3 c whipped topping( store bought or homemade, i used homemade)
2 c milk

Steps:

1. Bake cake at directed on box, let cool completely, then crumble, set aside.
2. In a medium bowl mix all the fruits( drain the cherries)set aside.
3. In a large bowl pour coffee, heavy cream and milk, add dry pudding mix and mix well with a electric mixer.
4. In a large serving bowl pour half the cake crumbs, then top with half the fruit,then half the pudding, spread 1 1/2 cups of whipped cream on top, then repeat these steps again, place in fridge until ready to serve
