What a delicious treat! These yummy brownies are packed with chocolate and mint flavor. I love the idea of changing out the color of the mint layer for different holidays. These would be great for Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Halloween, Christmas ... so many options.

Steps:
- 1. Mix the first 8 ingredients using a blender.
- 2. Pour mixture into a 9x13" greased pan.
- 3. Bake at 350* for 25-30 minutes. Cool.
- 4. Filling: Mix and spread over cooled brownies.
- 5. Frosting: Melt chocolate chips and butter, mix well.
- 6. Pour over brownies and filling. Refrigerate.
