I can remember my great grandmother, granny and mom making this when I was a kid.going through various recipes I ran across it and wondered why I forgot about it. It was a big deal at our house as a kid. It's really good and alot of people I know have never heard of it or had it. I laughed at one of my good friends when I told her about it. She said, oh that must be one of your country recipes....Lol. Well hope yall like it. Let me know how it turns out. Have a good day. Oh I use evaporated milk but both work fine.
