In the 1970's when fondue was the rage we would have progressive fondue parties and go from house to house for the different courses. Of course the last and dessert course was a chocolate fondue. This recipe from a dear friend from Church was the finale and many of those fondue parties.

Steps:
- 1. Melt chocolate chips wit water in a microwave. Stir in cream and brandy, blending until smooth.
- 2. Place chocolate into a fondue pot over a warme and serve as a dip for strawberries, cake and other dippers of your choice.
