Steps:
- Chop the chocolate in the food processor and set aside. Cream butter. Add sugar and salt. Add vanilla. Add all remaining dry indredients, then add the chopped chocolate. I freeze the dough in six inch long rolls, then cut it into rounds. But you can just roll it into balls, and flatten it out with the bottom of a cup. Sprinkle with fleur de sel, if you like. Bake at 320 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes.
