2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
4 Tbsp sour cream or mayonnaise
4 bananas
2 c flour (minus 3 tablespoons)
1 tsp vanilla
1 bag(s) chocolate chips (i use ghiradelli milk chocolate chips)

Steps:

  • 1. Cream butter & sugar until creamy.
  • 2. Add eggs, salt, baking powder, baking soda, sour cream and bananas & mix on medium speed until blended.
  • 3. Add bananas. Mix until blended. Note: the riper the bananas, the stronger banana taste you get.
