CHOCOLATE BOURBON PIE image

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 local, organic eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 stick local butter
1 cup organic pecans, chopped
4 tbsp bourbon
1 cup organic chocolate chips
1 organic pie shell

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Beat the eggs with a hand mixer. Add sugar gradually. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Add to the pie shell. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Top with a dollop of organic ice cream if you like.
