Chinese Winter Melon Smoothie image

This easy smoothie with Chinese winter melon and honey dew melon is wonderfully refreshing when served chilled.

2 wedges Chinese winter melon
2 wedges honeydew melon
1 cup cold water
2 teaspoons white sugar
2 teaspoons hot water
8 cubes ice

Steps:

  • Combine winter melon, honeydew melon, and cold water in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses.
  • Combine sugar and hot water in a small glass; stir to dissolve. Add to the smoothies with ice cubes. Serve chilled.
