Chinese Fruit Cake image

My mother used to make this cake when I was growing up and it is one of my favorite Christmas cakes.

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 can(s) eagle brand condensed milk
1 lb pecans
1 lb coconut
1/2 lb candied green cherries, and red cherries mixed
2 lb dates

Steps:

  • 1. Add condensed milk and mix all ingredients well.
  • 2. Pour in a greased tube pan or bundt pan.
  • 3. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Let this cake cool well before trying to remove from the pan.
