2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped parsley
2 teaspoons chopped fresh marjoram, or 1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients. May be refrigerated several days, but tastes best freshly made.
