Steps:
- Put chicken in bowl. Add oil, salt, black pepper, red wine vinegar and garlic. Mix together. Place in fridge for 10 minutes.
- Pour remaining oil in skillet. Add onions and bell peppers. Fry for one minute.
- Add chicken mixture. Fry stirring 5 minutes. Let simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Place lettuce on pita wraps. Spoon chicken over bed of lettuce. Top with tomato and parmesan dressing. Enjoy.
