Chicken Mac image

Chicken thighs cook up tender, juicy and delicious in this super-easy skillet dish made with mac and cheese, tomatoes and green onions.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 Tbsp. oil
4 boneless skinless chicken thighs (1 lb.)
1 pkg. (14 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
2 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Heat oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken. Cook 7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  • Meanwhile, prepare Dinner as directed on package, substituting large skillet for the saucepan.
  • Add tomatoes, onions and parsley to prepared dinner; mix lightly. Top with chicken.
