5 boneless chicken breasts
1 (10 ounce) can campbell's tomato soup or 1 (10 ounce) can any tomato sauce
fresh parsley, the leaves only finely chopped (optional)
1 1/2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 plum tomato, cubed
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3 -5 tablespoons white wine

Steps:

  • wash chicken, cut into bite size pieces, cook thoroughly season to taste.
  • mix in tomato soup, parsley, mushrooms, white wine,and tomato in with chicken, let sit on medium heat until the sauce bubbles.
  • mix well. remove dish from burner, add mozzarella cheese.
  • Enjoy!
