Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter and stir in flour, cooking approx 1 minute without browning. Medium heat only.. Whisk in milk and bring to boil, stirring constantly as it thickens. About 3 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste. Place breasts in baking pan and half of the sauce over them. Bake 45 minutes until chicken is tender.
