These chicken sandwiches are delicious... and BACON!!!

Steps:
- 1. Slice each chicken breast in half and pound if needed to 1/4 inch.
- 2. In a shallow dish, stir together flour and spices, salt & pepper. In a separate shallow disk, whisk milk and egg together.
- 3. Dip chicken in milk & egg mixture, then flour. Dip in milk again, then flour again. Fry chicken in oil for 10 min. or til golden brown, turning once. Drain on paper towels. Lay a slice of cheese over each piece of chicken while it's hot so it melts.
- 4. Toast or grill the buns. Spread mayonnaise on toasted buns. Put chicken on bun and top with bacon, lettuce and tomato.
