Steps:
- Grease or spray with PAM a 2 qt (8x8) casserole dish. In large mixing bowl, combine chicken, mushrooms and water chestnuts. Pour into bottom of dish.
- In small bowl, combine soup and milk- pour over chicken mixture.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine stuffing mix, water and melted margarine or butter. Spoon over mixture in dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes -- longer if it has been refrigerated.
