Steps:
- Cook bacon till crisp; crumble and set aside. Keep 1 Tbsp. bacon fat, and add chicken. When chicken is halfway done add veggies.
- Add spices and bacon when chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with warm tortillas and cheese.
