Chewy butterscotch oatmeal cookies image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 box(es) yellow cake mix
2 - eggs
1/3 cup(s) oil
1/3 cup(s) apple sauce
2 cup(s) quick oats
1 cup(s) butterscotch chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. With a spoon, mix cake mix, eggs,oil, and apple sauce together.
  • Stir in quick oats one cup at a time. Add butterscotch chips and mix well.
  • Drop dough balls onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. bake 10-15 minutes or until light golden brown around edges.
  • Let the cookies cool for about 10 minutes on cookie sheet then place on non stick rack to finish cooling.
