CHERRY PECAN COOKIES image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 c. butter
1 c. icing sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. candied red cherries, halved
1 c. pecans, chopped

Steps:

  • Mix - just stir in cherries and pecans. Divide dough into thirds. Form into logs. Freeze. Cut logs into 1/8" slices. Bake at 325 for 8-10 minutes.
