Steps:
- In soup pot, bring water, bouillon cubes, onion, & celery to a simmer and cook for 20 min.
- Add potatoes & frozen veggies. Bring to a simmer and cook for another 20 min.
- Stir in cream of chicken soup and Velveeta Cheese. Stir constantly until cheese is melted. Ready to serve!
