8 servings instant mashed potatoes prepared to directions
3/4 c sour cream
1 tsp dried chives
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 c french's fried onion rings
3/4 c cheddar cheese shredded

Steps:

1. Preheat oven 350° prepare mashed potatoes to directions. Add sour cream, chives, parsley, pepper to the mashed potatoes. Place potatoes into a casserole dish. Top with cheese & sprinkle French's onion rings around the edges of the casserole. bake about 20 min or until cheese melts
