Steps:
- 1. beat butter with the cheese with electric mixer until it becomes a smooth cream (2 minutes).
- 2. bring water to a boil, the add pasta and salt to taste, stir.
- 3. cook over high heat until pasta is al dente. drain pasta then toss it with the water and cheese. serve.
