Cheesy Broiled French Bread image

Can be served with Crockpot French Onion Soup or any soup you prefer. It's also good as an appetizer.

Number Of Ingredients 3

8 slice french bread, 1 inch thick
3/4 c shredded mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Set oven control to broil. Place bread slices on rack in broiler pan. sprinkle with cheeses. Broil with tops 5-6 inches from heat for 2 - 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
