CHEESY BEER DIP Recipe - (5/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese, at room temperature
1 envelope (1 oz.) ranch seasoning and salad dressing mix
1 tbsp. chopped chives
3/4 cup Cheez Whiz from 15 oz. jar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Baby carrots, broccoli florets, radishes and thin pretzel crackers optional.
1/2 cup beer
1/4 tsp. cracked pepper

Steps:

In bowl, whisk cream cheese, Cheez Whiz, beer, seasoning mix, garlic powder and pepper until blended and smooth. Transfer to serving bowl; sprinkle with chives. If desired serve with carrots, broccoli, radishes and pretzel crackers.
