Steps:
- Heat broiler.
- Brown meat in dressing in large skillet. Add peppers and tomato sauce; cook 10 min. or until peppers are tender and mixture is slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
- Layer half the meat mixture in 9-inch square baking dish. Top with layers of half each of the yuca and cheese; repeat layers.
- Broil, 6 inches from heat, 1 to 2 min. or until cheese is melted.
