Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Wearing rubber gloves, cut stems off jalapeño peppers and cut in half lengthwise. Scrape all of the seeds out of the jalapeños, rinse seeded peppers, dry them and set aside.
- Meanwhile, mix together Kraft Shredded Colby & Monterrey Jack with Philadelphia Cream Cheese. Mix until cheeses are well blended. Fill each of the jalapeño halves with the cheese mixture, then wrap a slice of Oscar Meyer Center Cut Bacon around the pepper, securing with a toothpick. Sprinkle with fresh ground pepper.
- Place on a foil lined baking sheet and bake approx. 30 minutes or until bacon is desired crispiness.
