Steps:
- Use rolling pin to flatten each bread slice to 4-1/4-inch square. Cut off and discard crusts.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until blended; spread onto bread. Roll up tightly. Whisk eggs and milk in shallow dish until blended.
- Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Dip roll-ups, 1 at a time, into egg mixture, turning to evenly coat all sides of each roll-up with egg mixture. Add to skillet; cook 2 min. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides.
- Serve with syrup.
