CHEESE-TOPPED TOMATOES image

Number Of Ingredients 6

8 plum tomatoes, halved lengthwise
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup grated onion
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Steps:

  • Sprinkle cut side of tomatoes with salt, bread crumbs, cheese and onion. Drizzle with butter. Grill, covered, over indirect medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
