Cheese and Relish Sandwich image

I know...this just sounds weird...but my mom use to make this and it is really good....even my husband liked it.

1 package(s) cheddar cheese
2-3 tablespoon(s) sweet relish
- mayonnaise

Steps:

  • Grate cheese, add relish. Stir in mayo until it is a spreadable consistency. Spread on bread or crackers.
