Number Of Ingredients 12

2 c apple cider
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
4 medium pork chops (boneless loin chops)
1 large tart apple, cored and sliced (granny smith)
3/4 c sliced onion
2 tsp olive oil

Transfer chops to a dish leaving the apples/onions in pan, add to apples, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir until sauce thickens and coats apples.
