Caramel Apple Dump Cake image

The easiest fall dessert, Caramel Apple Dump Cake is an apple cobbler recipe that comes together swiftly and easily for the best sweet treat!

Number Of Ingredients 5

3 21- ounce cans Apple Fruit Filling
1 box Spice Cake Mix (or vanilla cake mix with 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice whisked into it.)
12 tablespoons butter cut into 1/4 inch slices
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup caramel sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350˚F.
  • Coat a 13x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Spread the apples in an even layer in the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the cake mix evenly over the apples and top with the butter slices.
  • Scatter the pecans on top and transfer to the oven.
  • Bake the cake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
  • Remove from the oven and cool slightly.
  • Drizzle with caramel sauce and serve.
