Caesar Mayo Dip image

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 anchovy filets
1 1/2 c mayonnaise
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp black pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Chop and mash the anchovy filets on a cutting board.
  • 2. Put in a bowl and blend in the mayonnaise.
  • 3. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well.
  • 4. Cover and chill.
  • 5. Makes about 1 3/4 cups of dip.
  • 6. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Seafood, Deli Roast Beef Or Turkey, Radishes, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Snow Peas
