Caesar Chicken Bake image

A simple chicken and potato bake gets a flavor boost from bacon bits and classic Caesar dressing. Top it with cheese, and it's sure to get the thumbs up.

4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix
1 lb. baking potato es (about 2), coarsely chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
1/3 cup KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing, divided
1/2 cup halved grape tomato es
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package. Place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Combine potatoes, onions, bacon and 1/4 cup dressing; spoon around chicken.
  • Bake 40 min. or until chicken is done (165°F). Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, cheese and remaining dressing.
  • Spoon tomato mixture over chicken. Bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
