Cabbage Roll Stew image

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 pounds Ground Beef
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
1 Large Onion, chopped
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 Cabbage, chopped
2 cans Diced Tomatoes (14.5oz each)
1 can Tomato Paste (8 oz)
1/2 cup Water
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt

Steps:

  • In a large skillet heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and onion and cook.
  • Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Transfer to slow cooker and add remaining ingredients.
  • Cook for 6-8 hours or until cabbage is tender.
