Butter Pecan Cookies image

Simple, yet delicious. Variations such as adding 1 cup chocolate chips, or 1 cup of heath brickle chips are great as well.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 box butter pecan cake mix
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c butter, softened
1/2 c chopped pecans (i use pecan chips)

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350. Cream cake mix, eggs, vanilla and butter together with mixer. Stir in pecans. Drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Transfer cookies to cooling rack.
