Butler Hot Dog Shop Chili Sauce
2 lb. ground chuck
3 medium onions - diced & browned with beef
Add
2 T salt
2 1/2 oz. Chili powder
1 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 oz. paprika
1 T sugar
1 14 oz. bottle ketchup
8 cups water

Steps:

  • When mixture boils, add 1 cup flour mixed with water slowly. Cook until thick, about 1 hour to 1 ½ hours.
