Buffalo Chicken Pizza image

Pizza crust topped with spicy buffalo chicken and bell pepper gives you a cheesy dinner that's ready in 20 minutes.

1 ready-to-serve whole wheat pizza crust (10 oz)
1/4 cup fat-free ranch dressing
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup cut-up cooked chicken breast
3 tablespoons Buffalo wing sauce
3/4 cup green and red bell pepper strips
3/4 cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese (3 oz)
1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. On large cookie sheet, place pizza crust. Spread ranch dressing over crust. Sprinkle with celery.
  • In small bowl, stir together chicken and wing sauce; arrange over crust. Top with bell peppers and cheeses.
  • Bake 10 minutes or until mozzarella is melted and just beginning to brown. To serve, cut into wedges.
