Steps:
- 1. Mix all ingredients in a heavy sauce pan on the stove top over medium heat. Heat until cheddar cheese has completely melted and well blended. Transfer to a crock pot to keep warm. Serve with dry toasted pita or bagel chips, low fat crackers or vegetables. This can also be prepared as above and microwaved 5-10 minutes instead of on the stove top.
