Steps:
- Directions: In a large mixing bowl, gently combine all meatloaf ingredients with hands. Form into loaf shape, wrap tightly in plastic wrap, then in aluminum foil. In small mixing bowl, mix glaze ingredients. Freezing Directions: Place glaze ingredients in a pint freezer bag. Place wrapped meatloaf and glaze packet in a gallon freezer bag. Label and freeze. TO SERVE: Thaw. Unwrap meatloaf and bake at 350F for 1 hour 20 minutes. Remove meatloaf, increase temperature to 400F. Brush glaze on top and sides of meatloaf. Cook for 10 minutes more.
