Steps:
- Chop broccoli florets and sauté in olive oil and garlic. Roll out dough in rectangle. Sprinkle with broccoli, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and salt and pepper. Roll jelly roll fashion. Brush with beaten egg and bake at 350 degrees about ½ hour until golden brown.
