Steps:
- 1. Take the Bratwurst filling out of the casings and brown in a pan with cooking oil. You can break it up into large or small pieces to suit your taste.
- 2. As your meat is browning, add chopped onion and season to taste. You can use house seasoning or whatever your preference may be. I prefer Tony's.
- 3. Cut your potatoes into bite size pieces and add to your meat mixture. Cook on high until the outside of you potatoes are lightly browned.
- 4. Place in the over on a baking sheet and bake on 425 for about 30 minutes. When your potatoes are tender, turn on the broiler and brown for about 5-8 minutes.
