3/4 cup honey
1 tbsp anise seeds
24 baby carrots
1/4 tsp salt

Steps:

  • - Heat oven to 300 degrees - Melt butter in baking dish; add remaining ingredients - Cover and bake 45 minutes until tender, not brown
