2 cups fat-free soy milk
2 containers (6 oz. each) blueberry low-fat yogurt
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping

Steps:

  • Blend all ingredients except COOL WHIP in blender until smooth.
  • Pour into 4 glasses.
  • Top with COOL WHIP.
  • Serve immediately.
